You can access this market with the help of the RI PTAC if:
- You are a for profit entity with a business presence in Rhode Island
- You have been in business for at least 2 years
- You are e-Commerce capable
- You have a Business Plan

I request procurement technical assistance counseling services from the Rhode Island Procurement Technical Assistance Center (RI PTAC) a federally and state funded program hosted at The Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation (RIEDC). The RI PTAC services are provided at no charge to participating RI businesses. In exchange for these services:
- I agree to cooperate with the RI PTAC by responding to any surveys designed to evaluate the RI PTAC services that I am selected to participate in, regardless of whether I have obtained government contracts during the reporting period.
- I acknowledge that the information that I provide to the RI PTAC is current, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief as of the date of submission.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to market my business and that no contracts or sales can be guaranteed from the RI PTAC services and that these services do not constitute or take the place of legal or other professional advice or counsel.
In consideration of the RI PTAC’s furnishing government procurement or other technical assistance services, I waive any and all claims against the RI PTAC, RIEDC, their sponsor organizations and their employees.
I understand that information provided to the RI PTAC will be held in strict confidence and only provided to federal and state agencies as required by law and to Congressional offices in order to promote the RI PTAC program.
