William Parsons
Deputy Director
Mr. Parsons has served as Deputy Director of the RIEDC since 1990, and prior to that held numerous positions of increasing responsibility within the Corporation's former state entity since 1975. As Sector Lead for Industrial Products Bill oversees the Project Management and Community Development efforts at EDC, where he is involved with the purchase and development of several industrial and commercial parks and the development of Quonset Point/Davisville Industrial Park. He holds a BSBA (1973) from Roger William University and an active Board member with RIIFC, RISBLF, the Water Resources Board, and the Enterprise Zone Council.
