Dorothy Reynolds
Program Manager for the Rhode Island PTAC
Ms. Reynolds is the Program Manager for the Rhode Island Procurement Technical Assistance Center, a federal and state funded program designed to maximize the capacity of RI companies participating in the government marketplace. Her background includes sales, marketing, logistics and global management with Union Carbide, Westinghouse, Monsanto, and locally as President of Teknor Apex International. She has served on a number of non-profit boards and councils (including the RIEDC). She has a BA degree from Winthrop University in International Studies.
